We use Australia Post for all orders, and ship from Sydney. On average, metro cities expect the faster end of delivery time frames, whilst rural address’ should expect the later end of the delivery time frames.

We do ship internationally. For any custom taxes, it will be included in the price in accordance with the country region.
Ellie Grace is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once the tracking shows a “delivered” status.
Use the tracking number we provide to track the order until delivery.
If you never received your order, but the tracking number indicates it has been delivered, check with your local postman, neighbour, or facility manager/post office and post office before calling Ellie Grace Money Order.
